Garzadori Restaurant was born in a historic building near the Palladian Basilica

Garzadori 1460 was born within a historical context dating back to the fifteenth century, located a few steps from the Basilica Palladiana, in the heart of the historic center of the city of Vicenza.

The Palazzo takes its name from the Garzadori family who commissioned it in 1460, and precisely as a symbol of historicity, we wanted to give the name to the restaurant.

Our focus was to enhance the beautiful Gothic architecture that hosts us through a careful restoration and at the same time to give a touch of design and class to the furniture so as to make it more welcoming and dynamic.

The very spacious location with very high spans lends itself to events of a different nature: graduations, corporate events, weddings, confirmations, various anniversaries, also ranging on events related to art and of course the food and wine sector.

The restaurant is made up of several rooms, each designed with its own concept to make them all unique, up to our internal, intimate and secret garden.

Garzadori is therefore an articulated project that lives in many hours of the day, from lunch to aperitifs, to dinner and after dinner.

We also offer our customers various services such as: Free Wi-Fi, cocktail bar, individually customizable music on each room, coffee room, the possibility of booking a DJ or a photo shoot, in addition to the usual catering services.

OUR KITCHEN

Our idea of ​​cooking is a representation of tradition, with recipes reworked using current techniques and equipment. All our dishes are designed entirely in-house, with an eye to the choice of raw material, found through close collaboration with small producers and local suppliers.

OUR BAKERY

All bread products, from bread to hamburgers to pizzas, are made in our laboratory.

As in all things, time is of the essence, so to obtain an excellent bread-making we use selected flours, natural yeast, high hydration and proper maturation of the dough.

Our philosophy is "homemade and hand made" therefore a scrupulous attention in choosing our partners to ensure the highest quality and sustainability.

We are aware however that all this cannot be created alone ....
