Store your beer recipes and control brewing and boiling processes

The Smart Mash application was developed to assist home brewers in the brewing process. It enables you to save all the details of your recipes in a database and easily access them at the time of manufacture.

The application allows you to:

* Store recipes indicating style, volume, boiling time, wash water, fermentation, dry hopping, maturation, carbonation, among others;

* Inform the ingredients and malts of the beer, with its due quantities;

* Record all the ramps of your recipe, informing the temperatures and their respective times.

* Indicate the hops and the times in which they should be added.

* Easily search and find your recipes;

* Check the details of the recipes at the time of production;

* Perform brew calculations: color conversion and bitterness calculation (IBU).

In addition to saving your own recipes, the app also brings more than 20 ready-made recipes, prepared by our brew masters. In the next versions the application will enable you to download new recipes from our site, as well as being able to share your recipes with other brewers on Facebook.

The application can also be connected, via Bluetooth, to the SmartMash Controller® Thermostatic Valve. With this, you will also be able to control and follow step-by-step the steps of brewing and boiling the manufacture of your beer.

What this solution provides:

* Graphically displays the ramps of your recipe;

* Tells when to add malt;

* Controls the time of each ramp;

* Monitors and maintains the temperature of the ramps;

* Controls ramp climbs, automatically regulating gas flow;

* Reports elapsed and remaining time of the process;

* Graphically displays the process of the brassage, allowing the comparison between the expected and executed temperatures and times;

* Issue reminder for saccharification test;

* Enables the control of the intensity of the flames of your stove;

* Graphically shows the times and hops of the boiling process;

* Issue warning to add hops at the correct time;

* Monitors and alerts in case of gas leakage.

Alerts are issued through messages, notifications, and audible warnings.

It is not necessary that the application be open during the whole process, just that it is in the background and it will monitor and control the manufacture of your beer.
