Taking The Climb is an online personal training platform designed by former professional athlete Brandon West for individuals who wants to reach their fitness goals no matter their level of fitness. Whether you are a beginner looking to get fit, join a bootcamp, build muscle, gain strength, get toned, lose weight or athletic performance, this app will deliver. In this app I will assess your fitness level and then guide you to choose either a beginner, intermediate or advanced program. I also offer personalized programs tailored to meet your needs based on time commitment and or working around injuries. A questionnaire is also provided to assist in selecting the right program for you. Can't make it to the gym? No problem! Remember, this app is tailored around your fitness needs.
