RunU2 the utility app for runners.

The name means run utilities two but also run you too! infact this little app is perfect to help people starting with running.

Following a brief list of app's functionalities.

>Calculator

Here you can calculate one between Distance, Pace, Time, giving the other two.

You can also estimate the total distance, average pace and total time of a complex workout.

>Race Time Prediction

You can estimate a race performance on the base of a past result. Based on Riegel's formula.

>Tests

A complete list of tests for estimating VO2max, Fitness Level, HRmax...etc (e.g. Cooper Test, Queen's College step test, Yasso test...)

>Workouts

Here you can create and run a "workout": a training session made of one or more phases associated with a music or a vocal message (also auto-recorded).

Simple Body Mass Index calculator

>Chronometer

A complete running chronometer, with laps storage, average lap, slowest lap, fastest lap...

>Burned Calories

Calculate the "theoric" consumption of calories in relation of distance and weight.

>Run Splits

Here you can split a target time in custom intervals, e.g. you can find the time you must run every 5 km to beat your PB in marathon.
