特徵：
*將預定義的配置命令發送到節點
*可見您的節點何時發送或接收
*直接撥打節點（如果知道節點號）
應用先決條件：
1）您必須知道您的Node本地IP地址
2）您的設備必須與節點位於同一局域網中
3）應用使用來自manager.conf的用戶名/密碼
4）必須將manager.conf文件中的bindaddr設置為0.0.0.0或必須添加設備本地IP
5）默認管理器端口為5038，但如果已更改，則可以在應用程序中更改

此應用程序不直接與ALLSTARLINK關聯。
