特征：
*将预定义的配置命令发送到节点
*可见您的节点何时发送或接收
*直接拨打节点（如果知道节点号）
应用先决条件：
1）您必须知道您的Node本地IP地址
2）您的设备必须与节点位于同一局域网中
3）应用使用来自manager.conf的用户名/密码
4）必须将manager.conf文件中的bindaddr设置为0.0.0.0或必须添加设备本地IP
5）默认管理器端口为5038，但如果已更改，则可以在应用程序中更改
