The Pune District Education Association (PDEA) is an educational institute and the administrative authority for a large number of schools and colleges. PDEA has started their digital communication and engagement journey and deployed a platform powered by Myelin.

Myelin is an innovative data platform created using advancement of computing combined with human communication and behavior. PDEA-Myelin is for parents of children studying in PDEA schools to engage with the school and receive updates related to their child.

Myelin uses artificial intelligence to not only maximize parent engagement but also increase ability of predictions through deterministic and probabilistic outcomes. It help the identification of specific student behaviors, traits and areas of interests.

The overall involvement of the parent in their child’s school progress increases because of these features:

- Built-in messaging related to cognitive, personal / social, language, creative and physical development.

- Receive homework and assignments directly from the teachers and reminders for submission

- Interact with your child’s teachers on a one-on-one level as well as send feedback or ask queries

- Automated message translation basis language selection. Languages available - English, Marathi, Hindi
