• View your updated balance after paying or submitting a reading
If you don’t already have a username and password, follow the Register link on the new app log in page or go online to www.britishgas.co.uk/business/register to register. Residential customers should download the residential British Gas app to access their home energy accounts.
Please note:
If you have problems logging in, or the app crashes, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the Google Play Store.

This release includes an update to the pay balance feature. You can continue to submit meter reads, see your latest balance and then pay securely - all from the app.
