Kolkata Police has launched Bondhu – Kolkata Police Citizen App as a public utility service application. This App can be downloaded from Google Play Store. The users can reach out to Kolkata Police and use different services of Kolkata Police.

Panic Button- The Panic Button once tapped will connect the user to the 100 dial Police emergency service, which is operational round the clock. It also sends the GPS location of the user to Kolkata Police Control Room which in turn helps provide police support without delay.

Register Emergency Contact - One can register up to four contact numbers on the Register Emergency Contact button. All the registered numbers will receive SOS message including the last location of the user when the Panic Button is pressed.

Know Pending Traffic cases – The users can get details of the traffic cases against his/her vehicle under Kolkata Traffic Police jurisdiction and pay those online. Information against traffic violation may also be reported through this App.

View FIR – Get the present status of FIRs.

Missing Mobile Tracker - Present status of missing mobile phones can also be viewed from this App.

Report Crime - Any type of crime can be reported through this App.

Pronam - Senior Citizens can register themselves with Pronam programme of Kolkata Police using this app to get help at hand.

eGD – The users can lodge an eGD and get the copy of the same for lost items through this App.

In order to ease out the process of registration of domestic helps, tenants etc. online dynamic forms are available through which the owner or the employer can register without physically going to the Police Station.
