Easily adjust the desk height up and down from 22.9’’ to 48.3’’ by clicking buttons on the app.

Preset up to 3 memory heights for your SmartDesk 4. Save your preferred heights into the 1, 2, 3 buttons then quickly select the heights from the app.

Set your sit-stand sessions based on your preference, doctor’s advice, or our recommendation for your best health. The SmartDesk 4 will then automatically adjust the heights at the preset times. Or you can choose when the reminder hits you, 5 or 10 minutes before the sessions start.

The Autonomous app will report your sit, stand, exercise durations, and average times of these activities by the measures of day, week, month, and year. Track how well you perform or share this information with your doctor for advice.

Hardware: The Autonomous app is compatible with the SmartDesk 4 version which is sold on the Autonomous website.

Software: The app is compatible with iPhone (IOS 10 or later) and Android (Android 9 or later).

Wi-Fi is required for both software and hardware.

- Usage:

Step 1: Download Autonomous app from Apple Store or GG Play.

Step 2: After downloading, follow detailed instructions in the app to activate the Bluetooth connection between the app and SmartDesk.

Step 3: Select the Bluetooth from your SmartDesk then connect to the app.

Step 4: After successfully connecting the Bluetooth, input Wi-Fi name, and password.

Step 5: Start using features that the app offers.
