Tracking an event was never this easy. Our app is built to organize as we want to grow our events reach and manage it easily. As we would like to be digitized totally we are now using it to keep a record of every participants of any event and manage entry forms for each just at the touch of a screen.

Considering the existing problems related to event management we developed an android application for our coming events. This application will be accessible only for android users and will be freely available on Google Play Store. Application will mainly focus on performing art i.e stage shows, fashion shows, dancing, singing & beauty contests and event school/college function and corporate events. The application would be developed using Android and back end will be managed in Excel database. Application will have easy and feasible GUI for all type of users. User needs to have a glance over the detailed description of every event at the initial phase, set his/her profile details including location, choices, email-id, etc. User can modify or change His/her profile at any stage. The core phase of the application will display list of events based On the user profile details. This event will further contain description about event, its exact location, entry level charges or grooming charges(if any), date and time. These details will be firstly verified by the administrator to fulfill the security protocols. Further, user can bookmark his/her favorite event to get notification about updated news of that particular event accordingly. Feedback facility will also be provided for users to rate for events and also post suggestions. Furthermore, any registered user can also post about his/her event details free of cost on our website for, we have a section for cast management there on website. For this, user has to go through validation and verification phase
