My name is Aarja and I look forward to being your virtual sweaty bestie! A little bit about myself and my journey, Sports and fitness moulded and shaped me into the person that I am today. Without those two things, I would never have had the confidence, determination, and drive to accomplish everything that I have done today. My passion lies in teaching people to love their bodies through the power of sweat! I strongly believe that every person has the potential to becomes their best version and is capable of leading a healthier, and more fulfilling lifestyle even with their busy schedules. I train clients to make fitness a part of their lifestyle and motivate them to aim for the highest because there is always a way to push forward, and sometimes you need someone to give you that extra push towards the right direction – and that’s where I step in!
