Krijg ondersteuning op afstand voor uw mobiele apparaat vanaf elke computer (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chromebook) met Splashtop On-Prem. De gebruiker kan het scherm in realtime delen met een externe technicus. De technicus kan de klikaanwijzer op afstand delen om de gebruiker te helpen. De sessieverbinding wordt gecodeerd met 256-bit AES/TLS.

Met de update van Splashtop van september 20 kunnen de meeste moderne apparaten met Android 8 en hoger worden bestuurd door de toegankelijkheidsservice in te schakelen.

SNELLE HANDLEIDING

Voor eindgebruiker:

1. Download en start de SOS-app op uw mobiele apparaat

2. Deel de sessie-ID met uw externe technicus die een Splashtop On-Prem-account heeft

Voor technicus:

1.Zorg ervoor dat uw Splashtop On-Prem-account is ingeschakeld met de SOS-functie

2.Ondersteuning op afstand van de eindgebruiker vanuit de Splashtop On-Prem-app
