FixMyCity is available for free to smart device users. Citizens can install the application on their device and use it in order to report damage at the points they wish, but also to monitor the progress of their reports. In particular, every citizen has the possibility to locate his location through the application, which performs an automatic location check. In the event that the citizen is located outside the municipality's boundaries, the application returns a relevant message and does not allow the process to continue. In the event that the citizen's location is located within the municipality's boundaries, the application gives the option of selecting a category of damage (waste, lighting, etc.) from a ready-made menu and then selecting a type of damage in the same way. He then fills in contact information while he can

to insert photo downloadable through the app. By selecting "submit" the system registers the fault and will assign an application number, which is communicated to the citizen. At the same time, it sends him an e-mail message, which informs him of the receipt of the request. When the fault is corrected, the system informs the citizen again about the successful outcome of his request.

Given that positioning accuracy depends on the

device of the respective citizen, during the localization phase described above, the citizen has the possibility to correct his position manually within the application. Specifically, after locating his position on the map, the citizen can drag his mark and place it where he wishes. In addition, there is also the possibility of correcting (relocating) the position automatically.

The City Certify application concerns an application through which it will be possible to digitally organize and manage any transaction that exists between citizens and public services and

wider public sector. The above transaction may be an application for the issuance of a certificate or attestation, a statement accompanied by attached documents or a simple request that requires - until now - the physical presence of the citizen at the public service.
