Meal Reminder – Food Reminder helps you focus on keeping your metabolism running and fit body by reminding you when to eat. The daily reminders are based on 3, 4, 5, or 6 meals a thorough day.

Eating 5 meals per day helps to speed up the metabolism! But sometimes we forget to eat, mainly for second breakfast and the snack in the evening. The time between meals is calculated based on breakfast time and bedtime. Don't put more excuses!

Take 5 meals a day and stay healthy, stay fit:

- Breakfast - 08:00 AM

- Brunch - 10:00 AM

- Lunch - 01:00 PM

- Dinner - 05:30 PM

- Supper - 07:00 PM
