This intense workout is quick and effective for developing strong legs and a tight butt—and you don't even have to leave your living room!

This training is designed to maximize fat loss while toning and defining thighs and butt muscles. This intense legs and butt routine is designed as a great way to work your legs and butt. Start with a quick warm-up, like jumping jacks, then get into the workout. Feel free to stop when you need to catch your breath.

Workout: Do each exercise for as many as you can. Rest 1-2 minutes between each exercise.

Side to Side Hops

Jumping Jack Squats

Hopping Deadlifts

Deep Hop Squats

Hoping Curtsy Lunges

Repeat this workout at least 3 times a week and you’ll be amazed with the results.
