A rapid but scientifically robust personality assessment test summarizing an individual's personality profile across five broad areas of personality: Openness to Change, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Emotional Stability.

The report provides a graphical profile in percentiles and a narrative report of the test taker's personality traits and work style.

The profile is generated by comparing the test taker's responses with those of a large international benchmark group of over 7,000 respondents. The app enables the test administrator to use normative, ipsative, or dual-band scoring. There is no limit on the number of times the test can be taken.
