Do you want to live more healthily? With our training app you can create and track your routines in an agile and secure way.

Create your routines in a personalized way or build them from training templates designed by an expert.

We have more than 500 exercises so you can build your training routines.

Our application has the following features:

✔ Training routines: In this section you can consult your routines or build new training routines either from predefined templates or from scratch. The predefined templates contain routines oriented for beginners, intermediates and experts.

✔ Exercises per muscle: There is a total list of exercises divided into the main muscle groups such as: chest, shoulder, forearm, biceps, back, thigh, calf, abdominal, triceps, gluteus and cardiovascular.

✔ Calendar: In the calendar you can check the history of your workouts and confirm the exercises, series and weights that you used in the old trainings.

✔ Alarms: Create alarms to remind you to train periodically and avoid forgetting.

✔ Calculation of body mass index: With this tool you can know your body mass index indicating your weight and height. In addition you can see in a graph the position in which you are and the appropriate ranges.

✔ Profile: All data is stored securely on our servers. If you are authenticated, all the data is saved and you can easily recover it.

Each training routine has a number of days to perform training, the exercises of each day, the series by exercises, the repetitions by series and the unit of measure Kg / Lb.
