ABOUT THE APPLICATION

The Mobile Team app is implemented on the 1C:Enterprise mobile platform and is designed to work in conjunction with the 1C:TOIR Equipment Repair and Maintenance Management CORP system.

Using the Mobile Team app and 1C:TOIR CORP together improves the efficiency of maintenance and repair management. The app is convenient for servicing any material assets—equipment, buildings, structures, machinery, engineering infrastructure, and housing and communal services facilities.

APPLICATION USERS

• Repair specialists who receive repair requests and report on them.

• Inspectors who perform routine maintenance to record operating hours, monitored indicators, equipment status, and register defects.

Users have access to information in the 1C:TOIR CORP system to receive repair assignments, inspection routes (orders for routine maintenance), and necessary reference information. They can also quickly record work completion, and transfer documents, audio and video files, photos, geocoordinates, scanned barcodes, and NFC tags of repaired objects created on a mobile device to the 1C:TOIR CORP database.

APPLICATION FEATURES

• Identification of repair items by barcode, QR code, or NFC tag.

• Viewing information about repair items (process maps, etc.).

• Creating and attaching photo, audio, and video files to repair item cards and documents.

• Determining the location of repair items using geocoordinates.

• Determining the current location (geolocation) of employees performing repair work or conducting routine inspections.

• Monitoring personnel presence at the facility (using NFC tags, barcodes, or geolocation). You can select a setting in 1C:TOIR CORP so that document entry (certificates of work performed) is available to the mobile app user only if they are located near the repair item.

• Inspecting facilities using the scheduled maintenance list with the associated entry of monitored indicators, operating time values, defect registration, and equipment status recording.

• Distribute repair requests among teams and responsible personnel.

• Record work completion.

• Offline operation (access to requests and inspection routes, repair information, ability to record work completion, inspection results along the route, and generate documents for operational performance tracking).

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

• Color-coded request lists allow you to quickly identify their status (depending on the severity of the defect, condition, equipment criticality, or type of repair). For example, repair requests can be color-coded depending on their status: "Registered," "In Progress," "Suspended," "Completed," etc.

• Customizable filters in the work order and request list forms help you quickly navigate the lists. Employees handling repair requests or routine maintenance (e.g., inspections, certifications, diagnostics) can filter requests by date, repair object, organization, department, etc.

• The interface can be simplified (customized), if necessary, by disabling unused details and configuring their autofill on a specific device.

The application is designed for use with 1C:TOIR CORP version 3.0.20.3 and higher.
