Itilium+ is a mobile application for Service Desk engineers, created to work faster, easier and more efficiently. It's a reliable tool for managing requests and work orders wherever you are. The app is designed keeping in mind the real-life problems and challenges that engineers face every day.

Main functionality of the application

Manage work orders - view, change, complete tasks.

Creating new outfits - record tasks in place.

Working with files - attach photos, videos and other media files to outfits.

Selecting a task from unallocated requests - you independently take work from the pool of your group.

Communication regarding requests - clarify details with colleagues or the initiator through the built-in chat.

Data synchronization - when connected to the Internet, all changes are automatically transferred to the main database of the 1C:ITILIUM system.
