WelCalm is a mobile application where employees can access all the information, contacts, training videos they need to facilitate the recruitment process.

With WelCalm:

- You can view and download the documents you have completed before the job entry process, and upload them again after making the necessary changes.

- You can watch the training videos you need to take during the orientation process.

- You can reach the contacts you need to reach such as orientation coach, human resources.

- You can access the necessary information about the company.

- You can see how many of the tasks you need to complete have been completed.

- You will receive notifications for the jobs you need to complete.
