This app not only supports medical institutions but also integrates interpretation services to assist those who cannot speak Japanese in online consultations. Of course, if interpretation is not needed, users can also conduct online consultations by themselves.

・Individuals whose conditions are stable, continue regular clinic visits for

【Fees and Payment】

・In addition to regular consultation fees, the following charges apply:

　System usage fee: 500 yen (tax included)

・For medication delivery: Within Japan: 500 yen (including tax),To China,

Korea, or Mongolia: 2,000 yen (including tax)

【Other Notes】

・Registration of "Health Insurance Card" and "Credit Card" is required when

making appointments.
