I used Korea vpn then downloaded ElChronicle. I signed into the Canadian server after i deleted Korea vpn. It downloaded all the resources and the game work's after i deleted Korea vpn so i don't think you need a vpn or you might need it just for the download. So far this game seems like a good game. Yall should try it
