Add a futuristic feel to your phone with neons. This live wallpaper spins at different rates and direction giving a neat effect of gears. Originally released in 2011, I have updated the graphics for a new HD experience. Turn your simple home screen into a hi-tech phone. Even though this is the free version you can still modify the neon to your liking.
