The Mentor SHPE app allows users to create profiles that utilizes Match IQ Technology to recommend the best mentor/mentee match; initiate and participate in mentoring connections utilizing a goal-based structure; and stay connected with members via in-app messaging and the ability to schedule meetings.

SHPE (Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers) is a nonprofit organization serving and advancing Hispanics in STEM.
