We collect the following personally identifiable information

1. Location (GPS coordinates): We use location data to identify the most suitable partner for a particular customer order. We calculate the distance between the customer's location and the partner's location and this distance is one of the inputs in finding the most suitable partner.

2. Call log data: We use call log data to identify calls which were initiated by the user of this app (i.e. HX partner) but were not picked up by the customer. By identifying these calls, we notify the customer that our partner called so that the customer receives the partner's call the next time round. Additionally, we also use this data to remind the partner to call again so that a partner sees higher lead conversion.
