Advaiya Environment, Health, and Safety Incident Reporting App (EHSI Reporting) is designed to provide reporting of incidents at an early stage to mitigate risks and adhere to compliance.

EHSI app allows organizations to manage incidents. The user can report and assign responsibilities to individuals to perform actions against the incidents reported. This app also provides summarized reports for the management and can be customized as per organizational needs.

From a functional point of view – using this app any employee in an organization can report safety incidents by capturing video, sending pictures and writing descriptions and the safety group can check and take further actions.
