About the CCBA:

The CCBA provides a warm, welcoming, expansive environment that is certain to meet your every fitness need. Equipped with a lap pool, double gymnasium, weight rooms, cardio machines, group fitness and yoga studio, outdoor pavilion and playground, tennis courts, and spacious locker rooms, our facility is suited for all ages, interests, and abilities. Our staff of experienced personal trainers will guide you as needed, and our group fitness classes include daily offerings in Pilates, yoga, indoor cycling, barre, aqua fitness, step, Zumba, and TRX.

Team sports add to CCBA’s broad appeal. We offer space and opportunities to youth and adult teams for basketball, volleyball, futsal, tennis, floor hockey, and pickleball. We are also in partnership with New England Sports Park, a public-benefit corporation that operates three outdoor, multi-sport courts on CCBA’s property. Youth and adult teams use these versatile spaces for training and competition throughout the week, and it is available for members’ use during unscheduled time.
