About ACRA On The Go

ACRA On The Go is a mobile extension of some of the frequently used services currently available on BizFile+ - ACRA’s online business filing and information portal.

You can conduct free directory search of all the business entities registered with ACRA. This allows directors, business owners and staff of the entities, business associates, securities, research companies or consumers to conduct due diligence checks on the business entities. In addition, they can also purchase business profiles, compliance and financial profiles, or extracts via the app to get detailed information on the business entities.

You can also perform a range of filing service such renewal of business registration, change of address for Business/ LP/ LLP, transaction status enquiries and many other services while on the go.

The following services are available on the ACRA On The Go mobile app:

1. Directory Search – You can search for business related information such as UEN, business name, business status, business address, industry and year of financial statements filed.

2. iShop@ACRA – You can purchase business information products such as Business Profile, electronic certificates and extracts, etc.

3. Transaction Enquiry – You can check the status of your transaction which you have lodged with ACRA.

4. Renewal of Business/ LP and other filing services – You can do other filing services such as Change of Address for Business/ LP/ LLP, Change of FYE for Local Company, Annual Declaration Filing for LLP and Cessation of Business/ LP.

5. AGM Calculator – You can use our calculator to help you to calculate your AGM due date for local companies, annual filing due date for foreign company or annual declaration due date for LLP.

6. Ask Jamie – Our virtual assistant ‘Ask Jamie@ACRA’ will answer your queries on matter relating to ACRA.

7. ACRA Connect –You can subscribe to ACRA Connect to keep you updated on new initiatives and upcoming events. Through ACRA Connect, we also share insights into key policies and legislative changes.
