VM3 APP is the application of directions and implementation of the Villares Metals Manufacturing Model, a permanent program of management of productive excellence based on continuous improvement by combating losses, reducing costs and developing people in specific methods of problem solving in order to achieve operational excellence. Its activities encompass executive actions in 13 different pillars: Security, Costs, Improvement, Workplace Organization, Autonomy, Maintenance, People, Automation & Technology, Quality, Logistics & Planning, Energy, Environment and Office.

The application contains the implementation steps and updates the participants of the activities performed by the program teams. Each application channel also contains access to the indicators of the areas in which the program applies its methodologies and tools.
