Surah Rahman

سور Surah الرحمن قرآن کی 55 ویں سورت ہے جس میں 78 آیات ہیں۔

شروع الله کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے

اسی نے انسان کو ٹھیکرے کی طرح کھنکھناتی مٹی سے بنایا ﴿۱۴﴾ اور جنات کو آگ کے شعلے سے پیدا کیا ﴿۱۵﴾ تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟

Surah Rahman has great significance in Holy Qur’an. This Surat comprises of 78 verses and classified as “Makki”. According to Imam Ja’far as-Sadiq said that reciting this Surat on Friday morning after Fajar prayers carry great rewards. Surah Rahman benefits include solutions to all the routine life difficulties and diseases. Surah Rahman eradicates hypocrisy form hearts.

" Which then, of the favours of your Lord will you deny? "

"تو (اے گروہ جن وانس) تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلاؤ گے؟"

The Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) went to the companions and recited Surah ar Rahman but they were all quiet. He told them that he went to the jinn and recited it to them and they were responsive. And when he would recite the verses ‘And which of the favours of the Lord will you deny’ the jinn would respond ‘There is nothing among your bounties that we can deny, all praise belong to Allah

We should also memorize Surah Rahman ,so that we can recite it on daily basis. Since Surah Rahman has only 78 verses ,we can memorize entire Surah in almost One and half month by memorizing just two or three verse per day. This is not a big task but there are countless benefits
