A cute app to create Cinemagraph from any video
The app allows to create Cinemagraph from any video. The start and end of the cinemagraph can be marked on the video and then the desired portion of the video can be masked to make stationary while the other around it can still be moving.
The app also allows to publish the Cinemagraph to other social media sites.
