Molana Bijli Ghar Origional Name is Molana Muhammad Ameer, he was a well-known Islamic scholar and was the former leader of amiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F), was also widely known Bijli Ghar. He was born in Billaki Khail village of Darra Adam Khail in the year of 1927, And passed away at the age of 85 in 2012 after long illness. Molana bijli Ghar was very much popular in Pukhtoon belt because of his humorous speeches he have given in different occasion and Islamic gathering.

Molana Bijli Ghar remained prayer leader in the mosque of Bijli Ghar for more than 23 years, and this is the reason he is called Molana Bijli Ghar. Another reason of his fame is, many of the people believe that his speech is like electricity (Bijli). He have been a close friend of Molana Mufti Mehmood (R.H), He also have served as a district Ameer of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) for Peshawar.
