BASF employees can send their incapacity for work from their mobile device.
The BASF HRdirect App supports a paperless working environment, as the employees can send their incapacity for work (sick certificate) from their private or managed mobile device directly to the processing.
Resulting in less effort from the employee, high convenience and faster processing of sick leave data in the HR system.
We pursue our me@BASF vision and will extend this app supporting further document types and integrate our HR chatbot in future.
