It offers 24/7 emergency assistance and gives peace of mind to both policyholders and their family as it provides various convenient services accessible at the press of a button.

Policyholders can send an emergency notification to their emergency contact person and send their exact location. The emergency notification is also transmitted to our command center which will prompt a call to the policyholder to inquire about his/her emergency. Our command center can deploy policemen, fire trucks, or an ambulance to the location of the policyholder.
Claims filing for motor policies
Policyholders can file a claim by uploading photos of the requirements and the vehicle’s damage. Once photos are uploaded, AXA’s claims department will process and send the letter of authority through the registered email of the policyholder.
