75 Days Hard Challenge is a fitness and health app. The challenge is about the 75 hard program which has six rules that must be followed exactly without compromise for 75 days.
the rules are :
Follow a diet: it is up to you to choose which one but it has to be designed to improve your health.
Work out outside for 45 min
Workout inside for 45 min
No alcohol or cheat meals
Drink 4.5 Liters of water.
Read 10 pages of a non fiction book
And finally take a progress photo every single day.
As you see the challenge rules are very hard and if you miss one of them you need to go back to day one.
This app is a daily tracker to help you follow the 75 days hard program without forgeting your progress. It also contains many exercises you can perform inside or outside with varying difficulties.
You can also calculate your BMI and set reminders for future workouts.
