MobilePOS is a POS application that allows users using Android phone or Tablet to perform daily operations for business in retail and catering. It offers in-app subscription options to fully utilize its functions. Users would enjoy unlimited amount of invoices issued.

Stock Management

• Support grid layout displaying images of products

• Perform Goods Receive, Transfer and Stocktaking operations with support of barcode scanner or manual input

• Support up to 5 locations for Goods Receive and Transfer

• Support label printing for products with various kinds of label templates contains description, price, barcode and remarks

Sales Activity

• (NEW!) Support Multiple Payment (Split Payment) in single invoice

• Provide graphical interface to show which & how many items in the current invoice

• Offer Express Sales interface with customizable tabs as categories of products

• Allow user to perform Sales Invoice or Sales Return operation

• Perform Sales Order operation with deposit to let customer pick up the product at a later time

• Hold and store current invoice for turn-back customer and retrieve at a later time

• Select up to 8 different pricing defined from each product item for customer

• Support cash and other payment types such as VISA, Master

• Support Tax system for different countries

• Add Charges, Discounts and Remarks to the invoice as a whole or particular product items

• Record salesperson and customer in the sales activity

Reports and Analysis

• All reports can be exported to Excel format & sent out through email

• Exports daily summary reports on a single day or within specific time interval selected by simple date picker

• View or export Excel reports which aggregate invoices within specific time interval

• View or export PDF/Excel invoice receipts

• View or export reports of top salespeople by gross profit

• View or export stock status and estimated value across all locations

• View or export reports of sales summary with respect to customers or salespeople

• View or export gross profit reports with respect to customer, salespeople, products or invoices

Settings

• Support thermal receipt printers: Star, Epson, Ucom with COM, USB, Ethernet, WiFi or Bluetooth interface

• PDF receipt export, print or send through email

• Header and Footer images printing on the receipt

• Support label printer: GoDEX with COM, USB, Ethernet or Bluetooth interface

• Support POS pole display with COM or USB interface

• Support cash drawer with COM, USB, Ethernet interface or connection through the receipt printer

• Various language options: English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Thai

Store Management

• Backup and restore the database and the settings

• Allow auto backup to cloud on the first launch on each day, or backup and send through email when day close

• Configure multiple user accounts with three levels of configurable permissions
