I'm a pretty inquisitive guy and when I started to make smoothies regularly about 5 years ago, I was always wondering what everyone else put into their concoctions.

What did raw food experts like Victoria Boutenko, Dr. Doug Graham and David Wolfe put in their own morning smoothies that I wasn't including.

It kind of consumed me for a bit and so I wanted to see if anyone else wondered too...

I sent out a blog post and the response I got back was amazing.
