PT. Sriwijaya Air is implementing Safety & Security Management System (SSMS) actively in support of community information publicly about security and safety, as well as awareness and concern of all employees and customers to report any hazard for the security and safety to management of the company. The habit of "there is not sanctions discipline to the reporter" will be put in place for employees who report the safety and security hazard or attention to the management of the company.

Safety and security is the value of the corporate companies, as well as management are sure to give the security, safety and the health working environmental for the employees and the customers.

Therefore we from the Directorate of Quality Safety and Security PT. Sriwijaya Air develops ANDROID based applications in order to ease the employees and customers in reporting Hazards Identification.

There are four steps to report: Take Photo/Insert files, specify the location/Station, Enter Report and Send your report directly, and then it sent automatically to the Directorate of Quality Safety and Security PT. Sriwijaya Air and we will be follow up immediately.
