SHAPE Minimum Standards

SHAPE最低標準（SMS）

The SHAPE Minimum Standards (SMS) is a collection of our key production activities, processes and procedures translated into key points for ease of review, understanding and ultimately, efficient implementation.

As minimum standards, they are exactly that; the absolute minimum SHAPE expects to be considered and implemented for each particular activity or process based on best practice principals. The SMS requirements have been developed to align with accepted industry standards, SHAPE third party certified systems and procedures, Australian Standards, Legislation and Codes of Practice.

The contents page allows for rapid identification and access to the desired subject matter, with each SMS identifying key requirements and example images providing simplistic instruction and direct access via links to all SHAPE forms, permits or procedures referenced.

Intended as a guidance resource, the SMS SHAPE Minimum Standards is not required to be completed, signed off or to act as a checklist as these documents already exist within our system, however any component of the SMS may be printed and checked off as a verification record if so desired.

Above all, the SMS has been developed to provide prompt access to information via your PC or mobile device without having to navigate policies, procedures and manuals.
