I feel that but if the **** free... I been with them for a while now.. but I just need my phone on I don't care who it's through bless me with some knowledge.
Well tbh the app itself is pretty buggy and often screws up when adding minutes... your best to do that via text or over the phone. Most their apps actually do nothing or are so buggy they are not worth the stress... so I have learned.
