Pastor Femi Emmanuel, an Engineer, one-time Deputy Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, and businessman-turned preacher is the Presiding Pastor of Livingspring Chapel International which has National Headquarters in Ibadan, Nigeria, and her International Headquarter in Lagos, Nigeria.

He had encounter with the LORD in 1972 while a teenager, and has since been full of fire for God and the ministry work.
