Office Connect by MTN Business allows users to initiate as well as receive calls through their fixed corporate line but on their mobile phones and even while away from their office workstation. This makes it possible to carry on conducting business as normal no matter where they are.

Incoming and outgoing calls through Office Connect are treated as VoIP calls over mobile data or WiFi connection. When the users place an outgoing call through Office Connect their landline office number will be displayed on the recipient’s phone. The users still have the option of placing and receiving calls using their normal mobile line.

Office Connect also offers access to the company corporate directory as well as the users’ personal contacts. Furthermore, users may reach colleagues through the app just by dialling their extension number.

Additional features of Office Connect include: Do not disturb, Conditional call forwarding (always, no answer, busy, unreachable), Outgoing calls (set VoIP or mobile or always ask) and other.
