MeeDii is a very simple meditation support app.
Just click play button and you can start meditation following three steps below.
1. Inhale through your nose
2. Hold your breath
3. Exhale through your mouth
The ratio of the length of time for Step 1, 2, 3 is 4:7:8. This is known as 4-7-8 breathing.
Hope you find it useful for relaxing, being productive, or good sleep.
