Sending data to an email or a XLS spread sheets has low data integrity and requires time consuming manual manipulation of the data to get it in a format that is usable.

A database such as SQL is a more robust and secure way to store data and allows multiple users to submit or access the data at the same time. We provide a hosted secure SQL cloud to hold your data. This data is backed up on a daily basis.

Before you send your data to the SQL cloud you will need to build some forms and capture some data.

Using our simple drag and drop form builder you can chose from a range of data field types including;

- images (answered with the camera)

- location (answered with the GPS)

To speed up the form building process use XLS spreadsheets to upload custom drop down list values.

Send your forms to multiple devices.

Capture your data on a mobile device that is either online or off line.

Once you have finished collecting your data synchronize your data when connected to WIFI with the SQL cloud.

You can even upload data from multiple devices at the same time.

Once you have the data in the SQL cloud you can set up reports and alerts in an online dashboard.

You can configure the automation of email reports.
