A mobile application in Ghana Water Company e-Water suite for cashiers to take payments for accounts.
It allows GWCL designated paypoints and cashiers to take cash and cheque payments from customers for all the various receivables. This includes bill payments, new service connections, reconnections and penalties.
It also enables for bank lodgements from cashiers and paypoints as well as detailed and summarized reporting.
It minimizes cash collection entry whiles enabling instant crediting of customer accounts and payment feedback to customers .
