FunFit provides Personal Training and small group based training.
We have sessions for kids, teens and adults in both fitness and self defence.
All training is delivered by a qualified, experienced coach that cares about you.
We will work with you to provide guidance on technique in context at a challenge level specific to your goals and scaled to your ability.
