We focus specifically on teens transitioning into, and out of high school with targeted therapeutic interventions for learners, parents and schools. With Enhance Life, learners get daily touchpoints and weekly direct support from a dedicated counsellor, access to weekly resilience building activities and weekly mind-body interventions and more. And it's all available online and designed to coach, guide and support adolescents in growing to success.

Enhance Life is comprehensive, uses a blend of therapies and professionals to create a climate of trust, and focuses is on building resilience skills that will add value for life.

HOW TO GET STARTED

- Download the app and enter your Invite ID (you’ll get this from your Counsellor).

- Sync data from Google Fit in one easy step.

- Finish creating your account and say hello to your coach so we know you made it!
