Philip Punzo also known as DJ Punzo, is an Italian-American DJ, Remixer & Producer straight out of South Philadelphia. DJ Punzo is no stranger to music. He has been in the DJ scene all his life. Since he started djing around age 14, he has become fully immersed in everything music. DJ Punzo is fulfilling his love for the DJ Life: The Music, The Crowd & The Mixing. At the age of 16 he started to take his hobby professionally and started to remix. In the year 2000 DJ Punzo and couple DJ friends created a DJ Friendly service called “Digitraxx Remix”. They distributed over 100 issues to the DJ’s and music lovers on the Internet. Today, Digitraxx has become a very Popular Underground Remix Service.

In the year 2006 he joined the “Drama Squad DJ’s” made up of DJs that are from many different areas. The crew consist of: DJ Biggie, Detoto, DJ Shawn Saga, & DJ Sugashane just to name a few. In 2007, DJ Punzo, along with Q102’s Rocco were DJs for Nocturnal USA Late Night, which was aired every Friday Night just as the clubs were closing. The duo would Pump the airwaves with High Energy Beats of Dance, Electro House & Trance. DJ Punzo was also a remixer for Select Mix/Hot Tracks Remix Service. A lot of DJs have been playing DJ Punzo’s edits. You can find nearly all of them on his website or on the Internet! One of the biggest remixes he has created was, Blend of Alice Deejay vs Timbaland – Better Off The Way I Are. You can also hear him on Crooklyn Clan where he does collabs with DJ Beatbreaker.

DJ Punzo is the Music Director for Radio Danz, The Worlds Purest Dance Channel based in Miami FL. He also still mixes Nocturnal but changed the name to “Nocturnal Vibes” which airs Saturday Nights on Radio Danz at 9PM EST and Z88.9 FM at 2AM EST. DJ Punzo’s residency DJ spot is at Chickies and Petes Play 2 in Parx Casino, where he mixes music & videos LIVE! every Friday and Saturday Night.
