Centred on the flagship wristwatches the Santos, the Tank or the Tonneau, the exhibition invites you to step back in time, to a period when, more than ever, the arts and sciences intermixed; where tradition and modernity met to give birth to hybrid objects of rare elegance. Both as a witness and actor of his time, Cartier’s watchmaking design is an ode to their movements and to the idea of movement itself.
